I like the kindle too, I have been reading for many years physical books, but since I got my kindle, book I can get in electronic format, is a book I will never read in paper format. The kindle is a great satisfaction

I want them all to! I recently got Women Who Run With Wolves, it's going to be my first non-fiction 'feminst' read I suppose.
If I don't read some bell hooks soon I will be severly disappointed in myself. =/ Feminsim is for everybody sounds like the perfect place to start!
And I adore politics so I'm going to for sure read Big Girls Don't Cry.

Critics Consensus: Rango Is Wacky, Witty Fun
This week at the movies, we’ve got a leapin’ lizard (Rango, with voice work from Johnny Depp and Abigail Breslin); a fateful romance (The Adjustment Bureau, starring Matt Damon and Emily Blunt); a night to remember (Take Me Home Tonight, starring Topher Grace and Anna Faris); and an update of Beauty and the Beast (Beastly, starring Alex Pettyfer and Vanessa Hudgens). What do the critics have to say? In an animation landscape dominated creatively and commercially by Pixar, it’s rare that a CGI feature brings much originality to the table. However, critics say that’s the case with Rango, which they say is a manic, wildly inventive, very funny homage/parody of spaghetti Westerns.

You really nailed my experience of the last 6 months. Much of the Kindle’s appeal lies in its very lack of multi-functionality. It’s just an ereader, it can’t get my fucking email. There’s no notifications to tell me I’ve got a mountain of new tweets to sift through, or that somebody tagged me in a Facebook photo, I can just sit down and read with zero distraction – exactly like I would with a physical book.
Also I like the privacy of a Kindle. I can read whatever I want anywhere and nobody knows what I’m reading. Although price difference is often weighed in (why would I pay for an ebook when I can get a real copy for ? etc.), privacy has become the main decision factor as to whether I buy a physical book or go digital. Am I going to care if people see me reading this in public? No? Paper. Yes? Kindle.

Blackberry to port BlackBerry Messenger to Android, iOS
Boy Genius Report are reporting on rumors about the BlackBerry Messenger app and service. According to BGR’s sources, RIM will soon release a limited version of the app for iOS and Android. The Android port will come first, but no definitive release date has been set. The new apps are supposed to be stripped down versions of the BBM experience BlackBerry owners know and love. This will let Android and iOS users communicate with almost anyone who has a smartphone using BBM, but they might not be able to share photos, location, or videos.
This isn’t an ebook story, but I’ve had my hands on BBs, and they interest me. Also, you can read on them, which is good enough for a post.
I know one reason why BB should do it: the untapped market. RIM now have competitors offering a similar service on Android and iOS. RIM probably realized that it would be better to risk losing some hardware sales rather than risk someone coming up with a better competing service.
Also, some of us like the service but don’t like the hardware. I’ve done setup and basic tech support for BBs, and on one job they offered to give me one, brand new. I declined.
I don’t like the general hardware design of BB. I think the keyboard on most BBs is too small, and so is the screen. I don’t know why anyone would pick a BB over (for example) the 3.5″ screen on the iPhone.
Actually, I do: the service. There’s a reason why it’s called a Crackberry.

Hello Enrico,
thanks for your message. I will transmit your suggestions to our dev team, and we will keep you posted as soon as we’ve got some news. I think you will like some of the new features of the 2nd upgrade (now available), for instance now you can add bookmarks to the internet browser to easily access your favorite sites. Concerning your 4th question, if you don’t want to close the internet connection between sites, just don’t go back to the home screen. Instead, simply tap the address bar to bring up the keyboard, and enter the url of the next site you want to visit, or tap the star to access your bookmarks.
RTL languages are already supported in pdf format.
Best regards,
Bookeen Team
